"Gorgeous Belair swivel glider and Palm Springs sofa"
I'm really happy with the Palm Springs sofa and the Belair swivel gliders I got. The cushions made from Sunbrella AC 48080 Spectrum Indigo are top-notch, too. Everything was crafted well and packed nicely. It was a solid deal. The company kept in touch in a professional manner. It took a long 9 months from when I ordered to when it arrived, but I wasn't in a hurry and ended up with exactly what I wanted for a great price. I'd definitely order again, knowing it might take some time but I'd get just what I need.

"Despite a shipping hiccup..."
Even though there was a shipping hiccup due to a tricky order, the real person I dealt with when I first placed my order stepped in. After I got just a portion of my order, my item still made it here before Christmas! Big thanks to Joyce!

"Communication was solid throughout..."
They maintained good communication. My order took a whopping 10 months to arrive, but it likely came from China, so I can't really blame them. It was packed nicely.

"Glass-topped wicker side tables"
Great quality items and sturdy packaging. Their customer service is top-notch. We noticed one of the side tables was missing a knob. Just a few days after, a replacement knob showed up at our place, plus they even sent a follow-up email. I’d definitely order from this company again without a second thought!

Awesome support from the team. My emails got quick replies. I noticed one of my cabinets was short a knob. After I let Wicker Warehouse know, they shipped me two knobs via Fed Ex, and they showed up in just 3 days.

"My Dream Wicker Sofa"
I was on the hunt for a wicker sofa and stumbled upon WickerWarehouse. They offered a great variety that had just what I needed at a really good price. The customer service was fantastic. When the couch showed up, I was over the moon with the entire process. I’d surely shop with them again.

I got myself the oval-shaped coffee table made of black wicker and resin with a glass top. It's really nice and totally worth the wait. It goes perfectly with my other lanai furniture.

"Richard the Delivery Guy from Jacksonville"
Richard, the delivery guy from Jacksonville, showed up in a big yellow truck and he was just fantastic! He had a great attitude and was super careful while driving our stuff down a long, twisty road. Since my husband is getting on in years and I have some mobility issues, he went out of his way to help us unpack, check for any damage, and set everything up. Seriously, God bless that guy! He’s not just a great driver, but a genuinely good person too! As for the products, they were exactly what I was hoping for! Really nice!

"Subpar furniture experience."
We waited more than a year for our table and six chairs to arrive. The craftsmanship isn't what it used to be when we bought two rocking chairs and two ottomans. One leg of the table and two of the chairs were uneven. Since they have rounded feet, the leveling pads I had to grab from a nearby store don’t stick on properly. We definitely can't recommend this company anymore.
